What data is collected

Request Capturer Pro captures HTTP request data (URLs, headers, payloads and responses) from the active browser tab, solely for display within the extension’s side panel.

Where data is stored

All captured data is stored exclusively on your local device using Chrome’s chrome.storage.local API. No data is transmitted to any external server, third party, or developer.

Sensitive data handling

Headers known to contain credentials (Authorization, Cookie, X-API-Key, Token) are automatically masked before being stored. The original values are never persisted.

Data retention

Captured data persists only during your browser session and is cleared when you click Reset or uninstall the extension.

Third-party sharing

We do not collect, sell, share or transmit any user data to any third party.
